Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Loop Methods (“HYRIXAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the HYRIXAI platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, applying to a job, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.Eligibility

You must be of legal working age and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3.The Service

HYRIXAI provides an AI-assisted recruiting and applicant tracking platform that enables employers to post roles and evaluate candidates, and enables candidates to apply, complete AI voice prescreens and interviews, and take assessments. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

4.Accounts & registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fabricated resumes.
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity during a prescreen, interview, or assessment.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, integrity, or proctoring features.
• Access the Service through automated means or scrape data without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code or use the Service to violate any applicable law.

6.AI features, recording & consent

The Service uses AI to score resumes, conduct voice prescreens and interviews, and generate candidate evaluations. Certain features record audio and, where you separately consent, webcam and screen activity. You will be asked to provide consent before any such recording begins, and you may decline — though declining may mean you cannot complete a particular stage. Recordings and screening data are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.AI feature disclaimer

AI-generated scores, summaries, and recommendations are provided for decision-support only, may contain errors, and do not constitute professional, legal, or employment advice. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular hiring decision. Employers remain solely responsible for their hiring decisions and for complying with applicable anti-discrimination and employment laws.

8.Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and content you submit), is owned by Loop Methods and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service.

9.Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (including voice-AI and LLM providers) to deliver its features. Your use of those integrated features may also be subject to the third parties’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10.Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop Methods and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you, if any, to access the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop Methods from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13.Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14.Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

15.Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
